Hydraulic Rotating Cylinders : Hydraulic Rotating Cylinders are designed to actuate the work-holding devices. These are dynamically balanced to rotate at high speeds and work at maximum pressure of 40 Kgfcm2.

High Speed Hydraulic Cylinders : Hollow Rotary High Speed Hydraulic Cylinders with Safety valve and stroke monitor. These cylinders are designed for actuating the high speed chucks on CNC lathes

• The Cylinder tubes are honed for friction less and high lift of sealing
• Piston rod and piston are well grounded and harden and hard chrome plated
• All components are produced from Alloy steel En series and forged steel, for light weight special casted Aluminium grade as well as in SS grade for highest service life
• We can also repair recondition the CNC chuck clamping Cylinder
• Seal options: Polyurethane wiper seals, modern urethane lipped shaft seal, modern urethane one piece static seals, glass filled nylon gland bearing rings, glass filled nylon piston bearing rings, cast iron piston rings, interlocking step-cut reinforced heat stabilized thermoplastic zero leak piston rings, and custom sealing arrangements for high or low temperature sustainability
